Dongaon Local is a quiet revolution from a small village in Maharashtra, where every jar of ghee carries the care of the women who made it and the story of the indigenous cow it came from. It’s not a factory product but a labour of love that is slow-made, small-batch, and deeply rooted in place. At its heart, Dongaon Local is about trust, knowing where your food comes from, and making rural lives visible.
